Ranked as the 14th best bartender in the world and New Zealand's No1 bartender, Lisandro can justifiably claim to be one of the most exceptional bartenders and hospitality tutors in New Zealand! Starting his bartending career in the big city of Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2000, Lisandro quickly earned a reputation for being a bartender of exceptional ability.

He quickly made the move into bartender and hospitality training where his passion and skill made him an exceptional tutor. At this stage he decided to see the world, using his flaring and bartending skills to fund his travels. He worked in a wide variety of countries learning and expanding his bartending knowledge as he went. In coming to New Zealand, however, he found a second home.

After working in some of New Zealand's most exclusive five-star resorts he secured a position at the PBRS as head of bartending and beverage studies in 2007. During this time Lisandro has stayed true to his roots and still regularly competes in bartending competitions both nationally and internationally.
