The owners of that PBRS come from a background of extensive hospitality experience; including international hotels, managing some of the best restaurants and bars in New Zealand as well as consulting and training the service staff of international super yachts. This gives them a unique understanding and perspective of the needs of a first-class hospitality educational facility.
