At the Professional Bar and Restaurant School we appreciate the necessity of practical industry experience in the competitive atmosphere of today’s world.

We have a dedicated staff member who works with our students from the first week of the course to ensure that they are placed in part time paid work. This includes guiding you through writing your C.V and practicing interview skills, as well as putting you forward for positions.
Our Employment Co-Ordinator works closely with a large database of employers to place you in the best bar, café, hotel and restaurant positions in both Auckland and Wellington.
We are very proud of the partnerships we have built with companies such as P&O Cruises ®, Auckland International Airport, Sky City Casino and Hotel. The maintenance of these industry connections is extremely important to us, as is the development of new relationships : our contacts are continually growing in line with the need for well trained staff.
