Enrolment
Applying for the course of your choice at The Professional Bar and Restaurant School is easy. To get started, phone us during business hours on 0800 22 78 36 to arrange an enrolment interview, or complete the online domestic student application form and we will call you to arrange an interview.
Enrolment form download
For your enrolment interview you will need to bring the following documentation:
• Evidence of identity ( your birth certificate or a valid passport)
• Your IRD wallet card or IRD statement.
• Your bank statement or printout from your bank with your name and account number.
• Evidence of English Language competency level (this only applies for students with English as a second language)
(if you do not have all of this documentation just bring what you can and we can arrange to get the rest at a later date)
Student Handbook
We recommend that once you have completed the enrolment process that you take a moment to download and read the Domestic Student Handbook. This contains a great deal of important information and will help you prepare for your studies at The Professional Bar and Restaurant School.

There are several options available for paying your tuition fees.
Student loan: If you are in New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident then you are able to pay your course fees with a Student Loan.
Alternatively you may pay them directly to The Professional Bar and Restaurant School either by cash or cheque.
