The Hospitality Standards Institute (H.S.I) is an industry-led training organisation (ITO). Their role is to develop and monitor NZQA unit standards and qualifications for the hospitality industry.
This means H.S.I oversee, supervise, assist and review all Nationally Recognised training for chefs, waiters, porters, hotel receptionists, house-keepers, duty managers and bar persons.
H.S.I also provide ongoing support and guidance to The Professional Bar and Restaurant School as we are teaching and assessing Hospitality Unit Standards.
