Leilana Murphy

National Training Manager
Leilana joined The Professional Bar and Restaurant School in 2005 with a strong grounding in senior management experience; both in the international education sector as well as 12 years of experience in the international hotel management industry.

Her extensive hospitality experience spans the spectrum of Food & Beverage Management, Sales and Marketing, Conference coordinating, Front Office and Operations. This is augmented with many years of international education experience, including the development and implementation of nationally and internationally recognized hospitality management curriculums and qualifications.

Her combined passion for hospitality and education sit well within her role as National Training Manager at the PBRS. Leilana believes the key to successfully understanding different learning styles, abilities and cultural backgrounds is to perform her role with a blend of empathy, patience and knowledge, to provide the best educational experience that she can for students in her care.

Leilana's experience, focus and commitment means that all students studying at the PBRS are given the best possible opportunities, resources and tuition to excel in their studies with the PBRS, and to achieve in their chosen career goals in the hospitality industry.
