Venus Faifailoa 21 years old I had no idea that learning could be this much fun! Two months ago I was sitting at home and doing nothing, but I did know that I wanted a good job that would give me a bright future. I had a friend who did the PBRS course and they really loved it, so enrolled on the PBRS hospitality management course. In the time that I have been here I have learnt so much, the tutors are really cool and I have made heaps of new friends. I am really excited that I now have some direction in my life and while I'm studying they have even found me some part-time work so I can make some extra money while I study. Devon Webb 19 years old My goal is to be an awesome bartender and travel the world! I have been studying at the PBRS four months and have really loved it. A real highlight for me is that one of my tutors is also the eighth best bartender in the world, learning the art of mixing drinks and cocktails from him is an amazing experience, and I just know that if I learn from the best, then I am also going to be the best. I have already entered in my first cocktail competition and got third-place which is really exciting. I have found everybody here at the PBRS to be really helpful and supportive, I have learnt so much in a short space of time and have really built up my confidence but now I feel I can do anything.
