Richard Campbell
Wellington Campus Operations Manager
Richard has over 21 years of hospitality industry and Culinary Management experience. He has the unique distinction to have worked with some of the finest head chefs in the UK and the world, including Gordon Ramsey, Gary Rhodes, Anthony Worrell-Thompson and James Martin.
Richard himself has competed in prestigious international culinary competitions, and has won numerous accolades including The Chef of the Year UK 1995 and best in show at National Salon Culinaires.
It was at this stage Richard decided to open a new chapter his career by giving back to the industry he loved, and made the decision to move into hospitality education.
Richard became a Curriculum Leader, delivering and managing programmes in Culinary Arts Management, at foundation degree level, for 8 years at the premier catering college in the UK, before moving to New Zealand with his family and taking on the challenge of managing the Wellington site of The PBRS.
