The Professional Bar & Restaurant School are proud to celebrate our 100% employment success rate for our 
National Certificate in Hospitality (Cookery) Level 4 students. Their tutor, Jasbir Kaur, is a highly experienced chef from Miami, whose experience includes working at the Marriot, Hilton and Wyndham Hotels in the United States of America. She has done an impressive job taking our students from being nervous on their first day through to fully employed and sought after chefs.
The places our students are employed at include Gina’s Italian Kitchen, Bistro 222, Mutiara Malaysian Restaurant, and Waterfront Bar & Restaurant. With the help of The Professional Bar & Restaurant School’s in house employment agency Functionality the students have access to strong industry connections and working relationships throughout the country. This service gives the students the opportunity to not only gain employment, but to find work that tailors to their strengths; providing ideal work experience.
